Safety Protocol

Effective Date: May 3, 2026 · bookings@autographexecutive.com

At Autograph Executive Car Service, safety, professionalism, discretion, and reliability are central to every ride. Our safety protocol is designed to protect passengers, chauffeurs, vehicles, and the overall service experience.

Chauffeur Standards

All chauffeurs are expected to operate with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion. Chauffeurs must maintain a clean appearance, safe driving habits, and a client-first service mindset. Approved dress standards include a black or navy business suit, or business casual attire with an Autograph Executive polo and black pants. Chauffeurs should maintain a calm, respectful, and professional presence throughout the trip.

Vehicle Safety and Cleanliness

Vehicles should be maintained, cleaned, and inspected regularly to support a premium and safe client experience. Before service, vehicles should be checked for: clean interior and exterior, working seat belts, proper tire condition, fuel or charge level, functional lights and signals, climate control, clean windows and mirrors, safe braking and steering, and all required documents and emergency equipment. Vehicles should be kept free of smoke odor, excessive clutter, and unsafe conditions.

Passenger Safety

Passengers are required to wear seat belts where required by law and may not interfere with the chauffeur's ability to drive safely. Passengers may not distract the chauffeur, open doors while the vehicle is moving, stand or move unsafely inside the vehicle, block the driver's view, tamper with vehicle controls, bring hazardous materials into the vehicle, smoke or vape, or engage in illegal, threatening, or disruptive behavior. Autograph Executive reserves the right to end or refuse service if passenger behavior creates a safety concern.

Airport Pickup Safety

For airport transportation, clients should provide accurate flight information when booking. Autograph Executive may monitor flight status and adjust pickup timing when possible. For meet-and-greet services, the chauffeur may meet the passenger at baggage claim or an agreed location with a name sign when requested and confirmed. Passengers should keep their phone available after landing to support smooth communication.

Child Passenger Safety

Child booster seats and infant car seats must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. The parent, guardian, or responsible adult is responsible for ensuring the seat is appropriate for the child and properly secured. Autograph Executive may decline transportation if a child cannot be transported safely according to applicable safety requirements.

Weather and Road Conditions

Service may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to unsafe weather, road closures, accidents, severe traffic, public safety emergencies, or other conditions beyond company control. Chauffeurs are expected to prioritize safe driving over speed. Autograph Executive does not guarantee arrival times when unsafe or uncontrollable conditions affect travel.

Vehicle Capacity

Passenger and luggage limits must not exceed the legal and safe capacity of the selected vehicle. Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage counts before booking. If the passenger count or luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, Autograph Executive may require a larger vehicle, an additional vehicle, or may be unable to complete the trip as originally booked.

Alcohol, Intoxication, and Conduct

Alcohol-related add-ons are subject to applicable laws and age requirements. Passengers must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. Autograph Executive may refuse or end service if a passenger appears dangerously intoxicated, becomes disorderly, threatens the chauffeur, damages the vehicle, or creates an unsafe environment.

Comfort Preferences

Autograph Executive may accommodate ride preferences when requested, including Quiet Driver, music in vehicle, cold temperature (below 70°F), or warm temperature (above 70°F). Comfort preferences are honored when safe, reasonable, and available.

Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, chauffeur or passenger safety takes priority. Chauffeurs may contact emergency services, move the vehicle to a safe location, or end the trip if necessary. Passengers should immediately notify the chauffeur of any urgent medical, safety, or security concern.

Service Refusal

Autograph Executive may refuse or terminate service for safety, legal, operational, or conduct-related reasons, including unsafe passenger behavior, illegal activity, threats or harassment, excessive intoxication, vehicle damage, smoking or vaping, exceeding vehicle capacity, unsafe weather or road conditions, failure to provide required trip information, or non-payment or suspected fraud.

Commitment to Safe Luxury Transportation

Autograph Executive is committed to delivering transportation that is professional, discreet, reliable, and safe. Every ride is handled with care so clients can travel with confidence.
