These Terms of Service govern your use of Autograph Executive Car Service's website, booking forms, transportation services, concierge add-ons, and related communications. By requesting, booking, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

Autograph Executive Car Service provides luxury chauffeur transportation for airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, hourly service, private transportation, and related concierge add-ons. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, vehicle availability, service area, and confirmation by Autograph Executive.

Booking Requests

Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is only confirmed once Autograph Executive has reviewed the request, confirmed availability, and issued a confirmation by phone, email, text, invoice, or booking system. Clients are responsible for providing accurate trip details, including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, flight information, and any special requests.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing may vary based on service type, distance, duration, vehicle type, add-ons, waiting time, tolls, parking, airport fees, after-hours service, or other trip-related factors. Payment terms will be provided at time of booking. Deposits, prepayment, or full payment may be required to secure a reservation. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait time, route changes, late-night service, additional passengers or luggage, parking or terminal fees, tolls, cleaning or damage, concierge add-ons, or no-shows and late cancellations.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation terms may vary by service type. Clients should cancel or modify reservations as early as possible. A no-show occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the confirmed pickup location within the allowed waiting period without communication. No-shows may be charged the full trip amount. For airport pickups, clients are responsible for providing accurate airline, flight number, arrival city, and arrival time.

Wait Time

Autograph Executive allows reasonable grace periods based on service type. Additional waiting time may be charged after the grace period expires:

• Airport domestic arrivals: 30 minutes
• Airport international arrivals: 60 minutes
• Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes
• Hourly bookings: billed according to the reserved time block

Vehicle Availability

Vehicle images shown on the website are representative of the fleet style and service level. Specific vehicles may be requested but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Autograph Executive may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to scheduling, maintenance, safety, or operational needs.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs, vehicles, and property. Autograph Executive reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct. Passengers may not smoke or vape in the vehicle, possess illegal substances, damage the vehicle, distract or threaten the chauffeur, exceed legal passenger capacity, refuse safety instructions, or bring weapons or hazardous materials into the vehicle.

Concierge Add-Ons

Concierge add-ons are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Pricing may vary depending on product availability, timing, and service details. Add-ons may include Baggage Claim Meet & Greet, additional beverages, child safety seats, flowers, snack baskets, champagne, wine, and other items. Autograph Executive reserves the right to refuse any add-on request that is unavailable, unsafe, restricted, or unlawful.

Child Seats and Luggage

Clients are responsible for requesting child safety seats in advance. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the child restraint is properly used and suitable for the child's age, height, and weight. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Autograph Executive is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged items unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Autograph Executive is not liable for delays, missed flights, missed appointments, financial losses, indirect damages, or events outside of our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, airline delays, law enforcement activity, emergencies, or inaccurate information provided by the client. All website content, branding, logos, images, and design are owned by or licensed to Autograph Executive and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

Autograph Executive may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
